The Club Constitution is a key guiding document for Clubs. It is analogous to the Articles of Incorporation which an incorporated entity would have.

The Club Constitution, as amended from time to time, may be downloaded from the Toastmasters International site. The Articles of the Club Constitution include I. Purpose; II. Membership; III. New Member Fees and Dues; IV. Meetings and Notice; V. Quorum and Voting; VI. Officers; VII. Duties of Officers; VIII. Committees; IX. Rules of Order; X. Affiliation; XI. Legal Status and Dissolution; XII. Amendments to Club Constitution.

The Club Constitution online also includes an Addendum of Standard Club Options.

It is part of the Governing Documents.
