A "Club Growth" Director is a senior District Officer, concerned with new clubs, membership retention and Membership Growth. Note that this title does not refer to a club's growth director as there is no such thing.
The closest equivalent within a club is the Vice President Membership.
In the 2016-17 Toastmasters Year there were two club growth directors, one for the north and one for the south, as the district prepared for the District Split.
