The Club Meeting is the main organizational concept in Toastmasters. Members belong to Clubs, and Clubs have Club Meetings to accomplish the purposes of the Clubs. A club may have two reasons to meet: 1) it may have an educational meeting where members give speeches, evaluations, and other typical Toastmaster activities such as fulfilling Club Meeting roles as a leadership development activity; 2) it may have a Club Business Meeting where formal business of the club occurs, including election of Club Officers, Club Votes and other formal discussion.

Some meetings are held in other Languages.
