District Executive Council

The District Executive Council (abbreviated DEC) is comprised of the individuals formally elected at a Business Meeting of Founders District. Those individuals include the Trio (or Top Five) and the Division Directors. Certain other individuals who were appointed, such as Area Directors, are also considered to be on the Council.
It is difficult for the District Executive Council to take action if there is not a quorum at its meetings. DEC meetings typically occur four times each year.
