A Dual Member belongs to more than one club. Many Toastmasters belong to multiple clubs. A member who joins an additional club does not pay a New Member Fee, but pays the dues.

In Pathways, a dual member has the option of logging into Base Camp as a member of any club to which he/she belongs.
