Educational program

The Toastmasters educational program has two tracks: the communication track and the leadership track. One progresses through the tracks primarily by completing manuals that contain projects. See also Guiding Principles and Toastmasters Recognition.

Some opportunities are not on either track, such as the Accredited Speaker designation.

The system of two tracks will be replaced by the new Pathways program, although current members working on the existing educational program will be given a period of time to continue to work on the two tracks.
