Golden quarter is a reference to the July - September period of the Toastmasters Year, when efforts expended on behalf of club growth will yield more than in other quarters, due to the long period of time within which results may be seen. For example, improving a club website in July may yield two new members each month for the whole Toastmasters Year, while improving the same website in May would only yield members for the two remaining months of the Toastmasters Year before that year is over.
