A Guest is a visitor to a club. The Guest is also a Prospect if the Guest may have an interest in joining the club.

It is the job of the Vice President Membership to manage the process of getting Guests into the club to experience a meeting. It the job of all Club Members to show the Guest a good time so that the Guest may consider whether to join the Club.

A Guest becomes a Member by filling out an application, paying an amount of money which may include a New Member Fee, Dues and Club Dues, and receiving a sufficient number of votes in a Club Vote as to whether the Guest should be admitted into membership. Toastmasters International must also accept the Guest as a Member.
