A level is a portion of a path within Pathways. Each path has five levels, and each level has some projects to complete.
In order for a member to get credit for finishing a level, the Base Camp manager (usually the VPE) will (1) approve the completion in Pathways and (2) separately submit the completion at Leadership Central.
The first level is the same for all paths. The second level begins to diverge, while the third and fourth levels are very different depending on the particular path. The fifth level converges somewhat, with all [[path]s contained a required project called Reflect on Your Path.
