Membership Growth allows a club to replenish its membership when it has turnover. Membership Growth is also the name of Toastmasters International item 1159, a handbook which gives ideas for growing membership.

The handbook focuses on concepts such as Moments of Truth, Marketing, the Marketing Mix, promotion, a section called From Prospect to Guest to Member (which is also a booklet which is available from TI as item 108), a section called Rescuing the Weak Club, and more.

Any campaign to increase membership should consider the Guest-to-Member Ratio.
