Toastmasters Pathways is the name of the new modified educational program developed by Toastmasters International. Work on the program was started in 2010, and in January 2017 the program was rolled out as a pilot program for some districts. A pilot of the educational content alone was previously done. Pathways will be introduced on a region by region basis, with the region in which District F is located scheduled to start after four other regions. It occurred at the end of 2017 for District F. Thereafter, members have a couple years in which to finish the current educational program.
Toastmasters has set up a role called ambassadors to explain the new program in districts around the world. A newer role called guide also was created to inform clubs about the details of the new program.
Pathways was featured in the July 2016 issue of Toastmasters Magazine.
