Toastmasters Pathways is the name of the new modified educational program developed by Toastmasters International. Work on the program was started in 2010, and in January 2017 the program was rolled out as a pilot program for some districts. A pilot of the educational content alone was previously done. Pathways was introduced on a region by region basis, with the region in which District F is located scheduled to start after four other regions. It occurred near the end of 2017 for District F. Thereafter, members have through June 2020 in which to finish the current (legacy) educational program.

Pathways itself is a website separate from the Toastmasters International website. In order to access it, one goes to the Toastmasters International website, clicks on the option called Pathways - which takes one to the Pathways Start Page, and one then clicks on the option to Go to Base Camp.

Toastmasters set up a role called ambassadors to explain the new program in districts around the world. A newer role called guide also was created to inform clubs about the details of the new program.

Pathways was featured in the July 2016 issue of Toastmasters Magazine.

As of May 2018, one member of District F was more than halfway through with her second path.
