The Program Quality Director is a senior elected District Officer responsible for education and training. The Program Quality Position is the #2 position in the District, after the District Director.
The title is sometimes abbreviated "PQD", which sounds much like "P-Cutie".
In the 2016-17 Toastmasters Year there were two program quality directors, one for the north and one for the south, as the district prepared for the District Split.
