From Founders District
The Founder is the Founders District newsletter. As of the summer of 2016, The Founder was put out by the District's public relations team. The editor-in-chief for several years was Marie Hulett. The 2016 summer issue was Volume 53, Issue 4. The archive may be found here [1].
