The Top Five is a term used only in 2016-17 while Founders District was nearing its split. The Top Five comprised the district-level officers who were elected at the Business Meeting. This included the District Director, two Program Quality Directors and two Club Growth Directors. There were two so that there could be one for each of "north" and "south", creating experienced officers as the split neared.

Normally there is a Trio instead.
