Turnover is the gradual change in Membership in a club. Members may leave a Club for many reasons, including that they are transferred by their employer out of the state, they suffer from poor health and become unable to attend, they don't like the Club, they lose interest because they cease to have Personal Growth, etc.

Every VPPR and VPM should have a good sense of how much Turnover the Club experiences, because that will partly determine how many Prospects, Guests and new Members a Club needs.
